Engineering
Our engineering staff can provide you with anything from basic information on materials to assisting you with your project. A Windows NT network for job processing and CAD\CAM systems are utilized to establish a reliable process and enhanced design. Electronic file formats include DXF, IGES, CDL, STL, AutoCad DWG, and Cadkey PRT. Engineering works hand in hand with Quality to establish key inspection points, and to pinpoint troublesome areas in product manufacture.
Quality Control
Our Quality Assurance Department's mission is to ensure that our customers will receive exactly what they order. We conform to MIL-I-45208, MIL-Q-9858, MIK-STD-105, MIL-STD-45662, and follow ANSI Y14.5M. Our inspection room is temperature controlled and maintained to 70 Degrees Plus/Minus 2 degrees.
